Deposits
Once you decide when you’d like to come please email us.

Your place will be secured once a €150 per person deposit is received, via bank transfer, details will be provided by e-mail. You can also pay via PayPal with our email address, paypal (at) flyager (dot) com. However, please make sure that any fees are paid, approx. 4% must be added to the price you are paying. Please confirm with us prior to making the payment.

We work on a ‘first come…’ basis, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an unsecured place for longer than 2 weeks. The rest of the balance is payable 4 weeks before the course start date or by prior agreement only, when you arrive in Àger. Courses will run if a minimum of 3 pilots are paid 4 weeks in advance.

Please let us know when you have made the transfer, we’ll confirm by mail. It’s important to put your name as reference with the payment so it can be easily identified.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation please note that deposits are non-refundable. They may however be used to hold other dates if cancellation is 6 weeks before course start date.

Any cancellations less than 30 days in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation we will be happy to issue an invoice for insurance purposes.

Other Important Stuff
All courses run from Sunday morning to Friday evening except by prior agreement.
Saturday is normally the travel (arrival/departure) & briefing day, however there maybe a chance to fly in the evening of arrival or the morning of departure if pilots book an early arrival flight & late departure. This depends on the flight times of the whole group.

Long weekends, longer or shorter stays can be arranged to suit your availability, please contact us.

Fly guiding prices
Fly guiding on a daily basis is available, the price is 125€ per day per pilot minimum 2 days guiding (1 or 2 pilots)
For 3-4 pilots the price per day is 100€ per pilot.

Hike & Fly guiding is available, the price is 100€ per day per pilot (1 flight per day)
